Looking for a private room somewhat near downtown with a private bathroom. I'm a software engineer moving to the area with a hybrid work schedule, so I split my time between working from home and heading into the office. I'm clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I like to keep things tidy but I'm definitely not obsessive about it. I’m pretty active and tend to be doing anything that’s outside. My current obsessions are pickleball, rock climbing, paddle boarding, and golf but it changes from time to time. I come with an incredibly chill cat who loves people, especially sitting on laps. She's an old girl at 16 but loves to get pets and snuggle. On the weekends, I’m usually up for a casual drink, playing board games, or hosting a few friends over for a low-key night. I love a home that feels warm and welcoming where roommates can chat and hang out every now and then, but completely respect everyone's need for personal space and quiet time.
