Furnished bedroom in South City

Newly posted – will upload photos soon. To be clear - the $850/month includes everything (electric, gas, water/sewage, driveway parking). Renting one furnished (or unfurnished, if preferred) bedroom in my 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home. I’ve lived here for years, so the rest of the house is furnished as well (living room couches, TVs, coffee table, end tables, dining room table, kitchen appliances/utensils, etc). Bathroom and shower are on the second story (stairs required). This is also where both bedrooms are located (mine, and the one I would like to rent). I prefer to rent it furnished, in its current condition. The bedroom contains a queen sized bed, a closet, bookshelf, dresser, a corner desk, and a TV with fire stick. I have a dog (named Mowgli) who is extremely friendly and gets along with pretty much any person and any animal. I have a two-year-old cat (named Shakira) who is absolutely in love with the dog. I would prefer the new roommate not have any additional cats, but we can further discuss the topic of pets if interested. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. I won’t cohabitate with bigotry, racism, etc.
