Hi, I'm Jaysun (he/him), 54y0 gay man with two sweet Boston Terriers with a room available in the 3 bedroom, 1 bath home I'm renting. I am a very mellow, quiet, tidy and work oriented professional that often works from home, and spend many weekends away. I’m seeking another with a similar desire to live in a safe, clean, peaceful, drama free environment.
Emphasis will be on finding the right person / compatibility with myself and one other gay male housemate.
I’m looking to sublet 1 private, extra large downstairs bedroom; (12’ x 20’ w/closet) with a small amount of additional indoor storage, and access to a detached garage with room for a bike or scooter. The laundry room, dining room and kitchen (with breakfast nook) is shared, with available dishes, silverware, cookware and utensils to use. The bathroom is also shared, is always super clean and tidy, and I'm very flexible about accommodating shower times. The small deck and yard are great places to hang out in on sunny days. The rest of the house is predominately occupied by myself, but the dogs and I welcome company to hang out with or watch shows when you're feeling social.
Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Location: Mount Baker neighborhood, walking distance to lake Washington, grocery store, and parks
Parking: Plenty of free, no zone restrictions, street parking in front of the house
Transportation: 5 minute walk to bus lines, 15 minute walk to Mount Baker light rail station, 10 minute drive to I-5 and I-90 Rent: $1,250 monthly (includes all utilites)
Utilities include: electricity, water, gas (heat), trash/recycle and wifi
Sublet agreement will be provided for month-to-month rental
1 Year minimum commitment preferred - Can be furnished, if requested
- No smoking, no illegal drugs ( tolerance)
- No additional pets (sorry!)
- Low fragrance space (due to allergies)
- Not ADA accessible (must use stairs to front door, to laundry room)
