Spacious private room available in family home with multiple shared full bathrooms. Please note this is just a bedroom for rent, not the whole house. Microwave, fridge, and chest freezer are ALWAYS available for your use 24/7, no restrictions, but no full kitchen (no stove) so this is not a good fit for someone who likes to cook on a stove. - Short and long term renters welcome, 4 month initial commitment, month-month after that

- Washer and dryer in house available for your use The room has v. fast gigabit internet wifi, a queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, desk, chair, large closet. The room is up one flight of stairs. Room has lots of sunlight! First month's rent and deposit due at signing. If you cannot come up with the deposit and first month's rent, please don't apply. Close to Tyson's Corner Mall. We are located about a mile from West Falls Church metro station (to the south) and McLean metro station (to the north, 1.5 miles away). This area is called Pimmit Hills, which is inside the beltway, west of McLean, north of Falls Church, east of Tyson's Corner. It is a quiet, safe residential area. Restrictions: Due to restrictions of another resident's job we cannot share our home with tenants who have a serious criminal history. Please note all residents undergo a background check (no cost to you). Also, no dogs allowed, 2 cats already live here. **NON SMOKERS** only, also NO DRUGS (we are serious, please don't apply if you use illegal drugs or if you are a smoker)
