Hi, my name is Grey. I am a 29 yr old nanny and swing dancer! My friend, Johnathan (37m) and I are looking for a roommate or two! -A female roomie or couple would be preferred. -Move in would be sometime in August (we are flexible). -We have a couple of options depending on your situation- We have a smaller room and shared bathroom available for $860/mo. Alternatively, if you are a couple or just prefer more space we also have the primary bedroom with an ensuite and walk in closet available for $1380/mo. -The house: We rent a lovely 2700sqft, two story, 4 bed/2.5 bath. There are two separate living spaces to enjoy along with a large open concept kitchen. Convenient to Plaza Midwood, University City Area, and Reedy Creek Park. -Pets: We have two pets- a cat and a dog. Both are very sweet and friendly 🙂 We are not looking to add any more fur babies. About us: -My friend and I are both avid dancers so we use the front room for dance practice frequently. -We host the occasional social gathering for our dance community but other than that we keep it pretty lowkey and quiet in the home. -2-4 nights a week we do go out and stay out fairly late. -We keep an organized and cleanly home and ask that any new roommate assist in shared household tasks. -We love chit chat in the kitchen, cooking meals family style, and watching anime on the couch after a long day. -We value clear and direct communication and always strive to settle conflict with respect for all parties.
