Looking for roommate or sublet

Hi everyone! My name is Michael, I’m 25, just started a new job in the Fulton Market area, and I’m looking for a roommate to search for an apartment or sublet with for the next year! My budget is around $1100 for rent and utilities, I’d prefer to be east of I-90 and as far south as the Loop, and my ideal move-in window would be between mid-July and early August. A little about myself: I was born in Michigan and lived there until I started kindergarten, so I’ve been a diehard Detroit sports fan forever! I also consider myself a bit of a nerd as I’ve been to C2E2 and the Bristol Ren Faire a bunch of times, and keep up with Star Wars, Marvel, and DC media when I can. I’ve also been introduced to a bunch of vintage stores/fairs thanks my girlfriend, so that’s been a great newfound interest of mine. I’m a halfway decent cook and want to keep getting better, I know how to keep a tidy space, and I’d say that I’m generally easy to live with! I’m also LGBTQ+ friendly!
