I need to break my lease and I will be willing to pay some of the move in costs as incentive! The rent monthly is 920! You must be a student enrolled in a college (online students are accepted too). Fully furnished large private dorm room, no kitchen cause these are the dorm style. Free parking, 24-hour gym, and tons of other amenities. We have a community kitchen, staffed front desk, computer lab, study rooms and so much more. There are onsite vendors and a market inside the building as well. $35.00 per month covers utilities (electric, water, gas, private internet), and $10.00 per month for trash. Must be a current student and be able to pass a background check. A guarantor must be willing to pass a credit check and sign the lease. No security deposit but there is a 200.00 admin fee at move in which I will cover! ESA and service animals only.
