The Space:
Looking for a responsible, cat friendly roommate for 1 private bedroom in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Chicopee. The room features a good size walk-in closet and can come partially furnished (includes a full-size bed frame and a multi-functional white desk/vanity) or completely empty if you prefer to bring your own furniture.
(Note: The third bedroom is used strictly for my personal storage and my cats, so the apartment will never feel crowded.)
The Perks:
No Cleaning Drama: I am hiring a bi-weekly maid service to deep clean the shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, living room) so we never have to argue about chores, it’s already included in the price. Parking: Includes 1 dedicated off-street parking space (perfect for winter snow bans).
Laundry: In-unit washer/dryer available.
Rent & Utilities:
Rent: $950 / month
Utilities: Split 50/50 for electric and high-speed WiFi (there is no gas bill, and electric runs pretty low!). Move-in Cost: First month's rent + last. There is no security deposit required, which means when you eventually decide to move out down the road, your very last month of rent is already fully paid for. About the Household & Cats:
I keep a clean, quiet, and relaxed home. I have cats, so you must be completely cat-friendly with no allergies! They are sweet, well-behaved, and have their own setup in the extra room, but they do roam the common areas. (See photos for a cameo from one of them!). Looking for a clean, stable individual with steady income who communicates well. Cannabis use allowed in your room only, no nicotine allowed inside or in the hallways.
