-American Shutter System keeping heat out for Summer and in in Winter
-Very modern shared bathroom with shower and bathtub
-Big TV & Soundsystem in the Lounge
-Comes with Dog (Lance) (Getting along is a must🐶)
-2min from the beach (worlds best kitesurfing in summer & in midst of all the surfspots for winter)
-2min from ocean square (woolies, pharmacy, bar, restaurant, engen, steers, bus station etc)
