Lease takeover/ re-let would go through Aspen management approval. Ideal for student looking for housing for the upcoming semester! It is a 12 month lease. Move in date of August 19, 2026 through July 31st 2026 The apartment comes fully furnished with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and each bedroom has its own bathroom!
