Looking for a roommate starting July 1st:)
I know sharing a studio isn't for everyone, but it could be a great fit for the right person. I'm a DePaul student and work in healthcare, so I'm often busy with classes, studying, or at work and spend very little time at home. The apartment is clean, quiet, and very well maintained, with a full kitchen and bathroom.
The best part is the location, it's in an amazing area right by the lake, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and things to do within walking distance and if you also go to DePaul, this could work perfect for you. Don't have any pets and would prefer someone clean, respectful, and easygoing. Rent is very affordable since you'd be less than half of the total rent, and I'll cover the remainder plus utility bills.
