Looking for a chill, responsible roommate (individual or couple) to move into a great 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home starting mid June! You’ll get your own private bathroom and a room that can come furnished or unfurnished depending on what you need. I'm an active-duty Air Force working on Hurlburt (usually 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday), and when I’m off, I’m typically at the gym, watching movies, or diving into various nerdy hobbies. I own the home with my wife, though she doesn't live here, and the house is shared with one dog and two cats, so you’ve got to love animals! You'll have full access to the kitchen, living room, front sitting room, washer/dryer, and a great rear covered patio with a grill. Rent is completely all-inclusive of utilities and Wi-Fi. The current roommate leaves in the next week, so I just need a few days for a deep clean before a new tenant arrives. As a huge bonus, I’ll be PCSing in September, which opens up an opportunity for you to take over and rent the whole house if you're looking for a long-term spot.
