Roomate for 3BD/2B

Hi everyone!:) We’re looking for someone to take over a room in a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in the Lake City area. You would be taking over the year-long lease (July 2026 - June 2027) of one of our roommates who is moving out. Move in date can be flexible as the room will be available officially by June 8th and the lease officially starts July 1st. About the room and house:Rent: $895 + utilities. (utilities are paid every other month)Bathroom: Shared with one person!Parking: Free street parking availableAmenities: Wifi paid for fully by one of the roommates, spacious backyard, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and lots of storage space. Location:About a 5 min walk to major bus stops like the, and 75About an 8 min walk from Grocery OutletPretty close to Northgate by taking the 61 bus (which is right across the street from the house) Current roommates:We're (Remy and Melissa) both current graduate students at UW in our mid-20s! One of the roommates has a cat named Edmund, who is well-behaved but very chatty. Remy crochets and plays a lot of TTRPGs like D&D, and I’m really into farming sims and watching bad reality TV. We are both queer, so are looking for a roommate that is queer and trans friendly! We’re both night owls and enjoy hosting get-togethers at our place every once in a while as well.
