Looking for a clean, responsible roommate for a short-term stay in a spacious, bright manufactured home. Access to awesome community amenities included, featuring a clubhouse with a pool and a jacuzzi!
The Space: The house itself is fully furnished with a massive kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and indoor laundry, but the bedroom itself is unfurnished so you can bring your own setup.
The Ideal Roommate: Cleanliness is non-negotiable. Must naturally clean up after yourself daily (no leaving dishes overnight or letting mess accumulate). Looking for someone respectful of the property who treats the shared common areas and kitchen appliances with care. Strict house rule: no keeping trash, food wrappers, or dirty dishes in your bedroom at any time.
Requirements:
Refundable security deposit required upfront to secure the room.
Applicants must provide recent proof of income (last 2 paystubs).
Review and sign a standard household agreement before move-in. Note: I am totally open to going over the rules together before you sign—if there’s something in it that doesn't work for your lifestyle, we can talk it out and adjust it to fit both of us.
Vibe & Pets: 🍃 420 friendly! Absolutely NO tobacco smoking inside the house. I have a cat, so you must be cat-friendly (but no additional pets or couples, please).
