Rent starts at $800/month smaller bedroom $1,000/month for larger bedroom with windows. Utilities are separate and include electricity and internet. We will all split these utilities. DEPOSIT & SCREENING: -$500 security deposit -Background check - Credit check. WHAT LOOKING FOR: this is a quiet home. Together we will communicate and value cleanliness and each others space. I go to bed before midnight and wake in the morning between 6:00a-8:00a. I'm not looking for perfection, I simply want a roommate who is considerate, stable, and respectful of the home we share.
