The building is located on Wilshire Blvd near UCLA, Beverly Hills, Getty Museum, Century City Mall, Sta Monica beach, and many other great places! It is a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment on the 5 th floor in a quiet spot. Pool and jacuzzi on the roof top. The building has a receptionist 24/7 and maintenance available in the building. Garage included, Internet/Wi-Fi/ Utilities included. Ready to move in on July 2nd. The rent is $ 1875 plus + $ 1000 security deposit required prior to move-in.
