Short-Term Housing Near USC

Hi everyone! 😊 I’m a PhD scholar from India and will be visiting USC as a research fellow at the USC Dornsife Center for Advanced Genocide Research for one month. I’m currently looking for a room/place to stay from October 1 – October 31, 2026. Preferences:
• Budget: ideally around $700–$800, maximum $1000 including utilities
• Must be within walking distance from USC
• Comfortable with shared accommodation with a female graduate student / senior student / scholar
• Quiet, clean, respectful environment preferred
