Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for a responsible, clean and respectful roommate to move in with us in our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo in Orange A rare find in a beautiful safe neighborhood!! We are moving in early to mid June!! We just got the place so we would be living here for the first time as well! Cost: $1,100 plus utilities ~$1,200 Features: -Beautiful quiet tranquil neighborhood with views -Private bedroom with great closet space and plenty of natural light -Shared hall bathroom with me -Your own parking spot -Garage space in a one car garage for storage/bikes or you can have it for your car spot -Shared patio with a storage shed -Shared living room with cozy fireplace -In unit laundry -2 community pools and spa with clubhouse available to rent for parties -PLENTY of convenient street parking for your guests -Close to trails and Irvine Regional Park -Close to the 55 and 22 freeway About Us: I have two emotional support cats that will roam the house. Skyler also has a sweet baby girl cat that is also an emotional support animal. They are extremely sweet, friendly, affectionate, and well-behaved. I am more of a homebody but I enjoy music, dancing, interior design, love the outdoors, exploring the OC parks and beaches often with my annual pass(: I am also a student at OCC so I will be out most of the day as I go to school after work. We are both working professionals enjoy a cozy home(: We are okay with guests and overnight guests, parties and gatherings as long as we are all aware and guests are respectful. Smoking outside please and alcohol is fine as well.
