Looking for a female roommate to TAKE OVER MY LEASE at The Collective at Lawrence from August 2026-July 2027 in a 3 bed 3.5 bath Cottage Apartment. I’ve loved living in this complex and unit, but I’m just wanting to move into a smaller 2 bed 2.5 bath unit instead. RENT is $845 a month with the early-bird special that I received from living here for 2 years. There is an additional $20 per month for the unit being on the Magnolia Circle street. Unit is on the desirable Magnolia Circle street directly across from the clubhouse and pool. WHAT’S INCLUDED:
