• Fully furnished • Private apartment - looking for her own place, not a room in a shared apartment
• Location: Max 1 hour commute to Columbia University via public transit
• Budget: $2800
• Neighborhoods she’s considering: Upper West Side, Harlem, Washington Heights, Inwood, or Brooklyn/Queens with good subway access
