Two Rooms For the Price of One

Located at 28th St and Baseline. The house is a 2 story 5 bedroom with a pool. I have one female 22 YO student now who rents the downstairs. I am renting out both upstairs rooms next to the bathroom. The way the house is configured it make sense to rent out both rooms. I can't really use either room if I rent out just one. There is a doggo that lives here and I dog sit for a couple of friends from time to time. The house is close to some south mountain hiking trails. Also close to a couple of grocery stores and almost every fast food joint. Those are within walking distance. I'm not a pervert. Trust me. Both Sara and I are quiet and keep to ourselves. I don't mind hanging in the common areas. And I'm not a messy guy. I keep the place tidy. Not hospital clean but you know I'm not embarrassed when the random friend pops in. I'm 420 friendly, outside only please. I smoke in my shop. I don't charge a deposit and utilities are included.
