About the Household & Timeline:
Right now, it will just be you and me. I am a 35-year-old male working as an agronomist in the agricultural industry. Around September, my girlfriend (32, a medical doctor working locally) will be moving back from New York to join the household. We are clean, respectful, and hardworking professionals who appreciate a relaxed, peaceful home environment after a long day.
We are the sole leaseholders and are renting out the spare room for a more cost-effective living arrangement. I have successfully shared housing before and value a smooth, respectful, and reliable dynamic.
Requirements:
To keep everything official and secure for both sides, you will just need to apply directly through the leasing office to be added as an authorized occupant on the apartment paperwork.
