4 br home. all furniture is provided unless you choose to use your own bed. lots of storage in basement. 3 br are being rented. 4th br will be used occasionally by me and my lady friend. the 4th bedroom can be used by renters if they have family or friends visiting. smokeless fire pit located in front away from house and trees. 3 season porch. gas grill and a charcoal smoker that can be used as a grill. 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 baths. 1/2 bath located on first floor. i will supply paper products, hand-soap and laundry soap. laundry in home. drawback is that it is on a dirt road miles out of town. Non smokers only. moderate drinkers okay but no over the top parties
