Hey there! I’m Trevor, and I’m looking for a roommate for my home in Colorado Springs. Utilities are divided evenly among everyone. There’s a security deposit. The first month’s rent will be prorated based on your move-in date. A little bit about us… I’m a freelance graphic designer and Army veteran. I’ve been traveling abroad and working remotely. I continue to rent out my home to roommates like before I left, and it’s a great setup. Reasonable priced housing for them – I get to keep my home and furniture. We currently have two roommates – Reuben, who has the master bedroom, and Eli, who has the bedroom next to yours. - located near COS Airport, Fort Carson, and Peterson
