The upstairs of this duplex offers a nice space with lovely views. A nice patio to enjoy the outdoors. Fantastic sunsets here! Pueblo West is a caring community with friendly people. Its is a retirement and recreational area within a few miles to the Pueblo reservoir. So there is alot of traffic. Walmart, Safeway medical and dental are nearby.
The room is 12 x 12‘ and has a west facing window. Nice large closet with shelves.It is a shared bathroom space but you have your own sink, mirror and personal storage area. The kitchen has a new refrigerator, although small, there is a mini freezer for additional frozen foods. I do ask for a background check, as well as full-time employment or retirement income.
I am retired but very busy teaching at nearby locations. I am involved with my church, but no Trump supporters please.
I have a cat who is next to me almost all the time… Cats! I would welcome one other cat, but no dogs, please.
Off street parking is available. Room for one car only.
All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. AC and a furnace.
No overnight visitors, I’m sorry.. It is a 900 square-foot space with a large dining/living room.
