HUGE space. 🔨Completely renovated in 2023 with 100% new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. All new bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances, too. 📅 Available July 1st but could be ready before then. We are flexible! 💸Monthly rent includes utilities. Furniture is not included. 🧦 Shared kitchen and laundry🚗 The home has off-street parking and plenty of street parking for guests. We are single, working professionals with two sweet little doggos, and we're looking for a good roommate fit. Please apply if you are also single, respectful, tidy, and responsible. Female preferred. No couples or children. Small, well-behaved doggies are welcome as we have a fully fenced yard with a doggy door! I am asking all potentials to submit an application and pass a background check.
