It is the ideal location and house for a young professional or student. Right down the street from UNMC. The room is for one person only.
$700 a month includes EVERYTHING! Searching for a responsible roommate that is between the ages of 21-34 years old. $700/mo covers rent, all utilities (including unlimited wifi), mowing, snow removal, common area supplies (toilet paper, dishsoap, handsoap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc. to make it easy.
