A beautiful room in a wonderful, warm apartment is available starting late May, through Sept 1. Exact move-in and move-out dates are flexible. The 3rd-floor apartment is located on the border of Flatbush and Ditmas Park, less than 15 minutes walk south from Prospect Park, and less than 10 minutes walk from the Q and B lines (Beverley Road and Church Ave stations). There's fantastic Caribbean and Palestinian food minutes away by foot, and it's around the corner from the gorgeous Kings Theatre. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, sofa, desk, and clothes rack on the wall. It's a truly warm and wonderful place. My roommate is a gay, cis male musician and educator. You'll have full use of the apartment -- bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, which is full of gorgeous plants that stretch to the ceiling, and a record player with attached speaker system. The record collection is fire! There are awesome books throughout the apartment. BIPOC and LGBTQ+ most welcome! Thanks!
