The house is kept cool, clean and quiet. This is a month to month rental. Total Move-in cost is $1,300. This covers first month rent and last month rent, I do not collect any security deposit. Available bedroom includes full size bed and new Beautyrest mattress. Also provided is a Dresser with 2 night stands, 50” Smart Television and Directv receiver w/remote control. Your room has over 150 channels including MLB, NHL, & NBA full season sports packages. Also YouTube Sunday NFL Ticket and Redzone in your room. You will also have your own refrigerator/freezer and will not have to share. I have included pictures of it. There is a $40 (cash) Application fee for background and employment verification. Background and Employment verification Provided and performed by Tri-State Realty. Everyone here gets along well and is very clean and quiet. About the roomies: This is a 3 bedroom house with Straight Males Ages 49 to 65 I am constantly vacuuming, mopping, and keeping the kitchen, bathroom, Living Room and Laundry room clean for everyone. About you: Must have Full time employment 40+ hrs per week outside of this house address 5 days per week. Must have a working vehicle. Must be clean, quiet and respectful. Can’t have any Violent Felonies or Evictions on record.
