Looking for female roommate

Me (31F) and my roommate (28F) are looking for a third female roommate for our 3 bed 2 bath apartment in wales. You will have your own bedroom but share a bathroom. The apartment complex has a small gym and community room. We have in uint washer and dryer along with everything you need in the common areas and kitchen. Your total for shared rent, internet and utilities would be about $750-800 month. I will happily provide a specific break down of each expensive. A bed and mattress can be provided for an extra $20/month I have a small dog who is super sweet and quiet. (Due to our lease you will need to apply through our leasing office. This process typically takes 2weeks)
