Looking for someone to take over my roommate’s private room and bathroom in our 2B/2B apartment for the summer! 🗓️ Dates: June 1st – August 31st (Preferably full stay, but open to specific times!) 💰 Rent: $1,000/month 📍 Location: Platinum Triangle, Orange County (10 mins to Chapman, 10 mins to Disneyland/DT Disney!) The Space & Perks:
Your Setup: Private bedroom + private bathroom in a spacious 1,100 sq. ft. apartment. Comes furnished with a bed and desk. Shared Area: Fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV/streaming apps, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. Building Amenities: 24-hour two-story gym on our floor, pool, hot tub, spa, BBQs, dog park, and sports lounge. Parking & Transit: You get your own dedicated parking spot (EV charging available). Right next to a bus stop, and I’m happy to offer rides if you don’t have a car! Nearby: Gas station (right next to us), Trader Joe’s, Target, Ralphs, and Vons all within a 10-minute drive.
