A cool-nerdy woman and her dog

Hi, I’m looking for a place to share with somebody that’s pet friendly (I have a very well educated Australian shepherd, currently almost 1.5yo), I have furniture but not much… TV, 3 small furniture, a bed, some art and a table. I was wondering if this is an issue or if we could make work towards a solution. I’m hoping to move in the 12th of next month (this June).
