Quiet place needed

Dear One, Hi. I am a retired senior man who enjoyed many years of overseas traveling. I have done Couch surfing, hitch hiking in numerous countries doing volunteer work and teaching English. I barely drink one glass of wine, don’t smoke or do any drugs and keep to myself.
So if this is someone you would consider who wants to stay months at a time, even a year let me know if deal is reasonable. I am presently in Auburn in a room since dec. 2023. I can get a recommendation as I paid upfront for the room. However, though we get along ok, it is time to move on to my next chapter of life.
