Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share a fully furnished 2 bed / 2 bath apartment for the 2026 academic year. The apartment is located at Hoover and Greene in Ann Arbor, in a great spot close to campus and downtown (2 blocks north of the stadium).
The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, and a den, and is 1,219 sq ft. It’s one of the few units in the building that includes a den, which adds roughly 200 extra square feet compared to the standard floor plan. The den works well as an office or extra shared space. The attached floor plan is slightly different because the building does not have the exact mockup available; it shows the standard ~1,000 sq ft layout for reference.
The lease is $4,160/month total, split two ways, so your share would be $2,080/month, plus utilities, which I expect to be around $50–60/month. A covered and heated garage is available for an additional fee.
The kitchen, dining room, and living room are fully furnished. Amenities include:

A bit about me: I’m a first-year Econ PhD student at UMich. I enjoy pottery, so you will probably get lots of free pottery, as well as drawing, board games, birdwatching, and ultimate frisbee. I’m hoping to find a respectful roommate who likes keeping a clean apartment and would enjoy hosting fun nights every once in a while.
