Hi! I’m a professional in female in my 20’s looking for another female (student or working professional) to share my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom row home in Fells Point on June 1 or sooner if needed. ***About the Home:
*$925/month per person (annual lease)
*2 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms (you’d have your own room and bathroom)
*Bedroom is 12 x 10 — fits a full bed, dresser, small desk, and has a closet plus an attic for storage (unfurnished and ready for you to add your stuff)
*Partially furnished living room with couch and TV (happy to incorporate anything you’d like to add!)
*Fully furnished patio
*Appliances: A/C, heat, alarm system (included in rent), oven, microwave, fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer & dryer
*Located on a safe block - any further north towards JHU is less safe
*2 blocks from Canton and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and a grocery store
*12 minute walk to Johns Hopkins — great for students ***About Me:

*Clean, easygoing, and friendly
*I don’t own the home but am friends with the owner ***Looking For:

*Someone who can consistently pay rent + utilities
