Great area for commuters, 7 min to Salinas, 20 mins to Marina, 20 min to Watsonville) Room is furnished 😊.. Queen bed, dresser, desk and it has a big closet. And its OWN BATHROOM House is occupied by young but mature single females. We are looking for 1 FEMALE housemate 🙋🏻♀️ with a similar lifestyle (works/studies/or both). We would love to welcome someone who is clean, considerate, responsible and hardworking. 🤗 In this house there’s drama, we are trustworthy and hoping to find the same. Housemates are all in between there 20s and 30s. House is within a few minutes from highway access, a great place for commuters!
