The lease is also available for a fall and spring sublease if not needed for complete year.It is in Maple Ridge, 4 bed 2 bath furnished apartment with a rent of $950 with in-unit washer and dryer. The unit is pretty spacious with a living room on both floors. The bus stop is 3min walk from my room. The community has a clubhouse, a gym and a pool. Text me for more details and pictures.
