I’m currently looking for the right person to share an incredible penthouse loft located on Avenue of the Arts. This luxury apartment has a true New York–style feel, combining modern design with elevated amenities and beautiful city views. The unit itself is a spacious loft-style penthouse featuring two large master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, generous storage, and expansive closet space. The upstairs loft area has a built-in desk feel and can easily be transformed into a cozy hangout nook, workspace, or creative retreat. The apartment also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a private balcony perfect for relaxing or enjoying the view. The building offers resort-style amenities that make everyday living feel elevated, including a rock-climbing wall, movie theatre, pool with cabanas, dog park, and a private spin studio and gym. This would be a 1 year lease, and would require a deposit of 1,000. Roommate preferences would be someone laid back, chill, and doesnt really go out and party. Would really love a christian roommate if possible. Just someone peaceful and easy going. I also am very clean, so I like things tidy in shared spaces. There’s also a guinea pig, that’s so cute, and my dog stays over occasionally.
