Private room for sublease through July, with the option to renew for another year. I am looking to sublet because I have graduated and am moving back home. This townhome is a 2-bed, 2.5-bath, unfurnished, at the Outpost, and currently has a couple renting the other bedroom. They are very nice, respectful roommates. Pets are ok. The bedroom is ~10 ft wide by 14 ft long, and the closet is ~3 ft deep and 8 ft wide. The kitchen is spacious, with lots of pantry and fridge space, and plenty of cupboards. The Outpost also has a very impressive gym, pool, and hot tub. There is street and off-street parking available.
