My focus is Washington Heights / Hudson Heights—especially west of Broadway (Pinehurst, Cabrini, Fort Washington), ideally between W 181st–W 190th. Being within a short walk to the A train and near Fort Tryon Park / Hudson River Greenway is a big plus. Why I’m moving
