Master Bedroom on 5 acres

Master bedroom with walk in closet, semi-furnished (tv, California king bed, dresser). We do have shared living spaces (dining, living room and kitchen) and two other tenants. One cat already in home - no other pets. Front and back patio can be used. There is a firepit on The yard is 5 acres and has walnuts, peaches, pears and berries seasonally. Yard maintenance is taken care of but we do share kitchen responsibilities (taking turns purchasing sponges, dish detergent, trash bags, etc) and going to the dump.
