I am looking for a new roommate for my old roommates! Prospect Lefferts Gardens location. Comfortable private room in 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Only a minute walk to the 2 and 5 trains! The apartment features a bright living room with a skylight, hardwood floors, A/C and heat units, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a microwave. There are two full bathrooms. Washer and dryer for laundry are in the apartment. Guarantors are accepted. It will be a lease takeover, minimum of 3 month stay with the option to renew after those three months. Two female roommates already live here. Both are professional free lance workers that earn a steady income. New roommate would ideally be female and/or queer! One cat already lives here. No new pets, sorry! Move in would be May 1st. Showings are by appointment only.
