Hey everyone, I’m planning to move from Legacy Village Apartments to a newer, modern community like Legacy North or MAA Legacy (Plano) and am looking for a like-minded roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment. Budget: Up to ~$1,800 total (excluding utilities), so roughly ~$900 per person Move-in: Mid-May to end of May About me: I’m a working professional who enjoys a balanced lifestyle, I like going out, socializing, and exploring the city, but I also value a calm, comfortable, and clean home environment. I keep my space organized, respect shared areas, and prefer a positive, drama-free living setup. Looking for: - Working professional preferred - Clean, responsible, and respectful - Social but understands boundaries and personal space Note: I’m flexible on the exact property within the Plano area as long as it fits within budget and offers a modern, comfortable setup.
