I am looking to rent this Spacious One Bedroom with lots of natural light ASAP. The room is located on the second floor with newly installed wood Laminate Flooring and a fresh coat of paint. Closet with ample available storage in room. Shared bathroom is available in hallway. The furniture is in the process of being moved back in and can either be furnished or unfurnished. Large kitchen/dining area on first floor. Bedroom Dimensions 10 feet 10 inches X 11 Feet 110 Square feet Large kitchen/dining area on first floor. 1 assigned parking space is included. Monthly charges are $850 on a 25 month lease with utilities included. Security deposit of $850 is required for credit score of 700 and above.

I work from home 11am-8pm and stay to myself most of the time. I stay up until about 2am but am quiet. I do enjoy the occasional sci-fi movie night. I eat a lot of frozen dinners, asian takeout, order pizza, occasionally I enjoy cooking a meal to share. Some of my favorites are lord of the rings, I love Lucy, Harry Potter, Star Trek and others. I can accommodate anyone's schedule day or night shifts. Guests can visit until 10pm because of parking limitations. Parking after 10pm is subject to available driveway parking.
