Home is clean and quiet. - $925 per month (Utilities Included) - 3-bedroom /3bathroom single family house - Gated pool, lounge area, restroom areas - 2-car Garage & lots for parking - The neighborhood is quite clean and landscaped daily. - Just a walk to the hiking trails, bike trails, Deems Hill Park, dog parks, fields, etc -5 minutes from the main Peoria CCV campus, and Peoria's Lifetime Fitness. I am out of the house between school (nursing student), work (Beauty business owner), and weekend activities, so the house is quiet most of the time. I am pretty introverted/quiet at home, and extroverted at work so it is my haven to relax at home.
