We have one room available now in our large home located in South Natomas, Sacramento. We already have two cats and a small dog, so please no more pets. About the room:
cost: $780 / month + utilities ($100 flat rate year-round). This includes lawn care and common household supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, dish/hand soap)
size 10ft x 11.5ft with a small wardrobe closet
Does not come furnished
Room has laminate wood flooring.
The person living in this room will share a bathroom with one other person The place:
3000+ sq ft, 6bd 3bath 2-story home less than 5min drive from I-5 and I-80 off the West El Camino exit.
6-7 min drive to multiple grocery stores.
10 min drive to Downtown.
10 min walk to the river (Sand Cove Park).
16 min drive to UC Davis. 12 min drive to Sac Int. airport.
15 min drive to Sac state. 5 city parks within a 20 min walk.
All common areas are furnished (see photos). \ About you:
We are looking for someone friendly who is mature, quiet and self-aware who has no problem with communication and understand who to resolve conflict in a non- confrontational manner. There will be 6 people total living in this house, so healthy communication is needed. CLEAN, we expect the person to be a responsible adult who cleans up after his/herself at all times on a daily basis. The house has a simple chore rotation chart that everyone is expected to take part in.
Stable job with stable income that is approximately 3x (or more) the rent. We will be also be doing a background check on you and will be asking for references from previous landlords.
Pays bills on time every time.
Contribute with maintaining a clean home, including helping everyone clean up the common spaces when needed. About the roommates:
