looking for 3rd roommate

ig: me and my boyfriend are looking for a 3rd roommate to split rent 3 ways with. Rent on avg is 675 split between 3, and electric about $60 split. I have a 3 yr old ( gets son every other day) and expecting to be due in mid to late December. Lease ends in beginning December and hope to move out and find something cheaper ( and more room before babies arrival) after lease is up. You will have your own room, bathroom just shared when i give my son a bath ( just his tooth brush and potty are in bathroom). We have washer and dryer in unit. We have pool, gym and golf simulator room ( whatever that is) we all have our own key to access it. We are pretty easy people to get along with, we are silly gooses, and just looking for a dependable roommate to make their part of the rent and no drama. ( we have to post more photos, lowk only have ones of our apt in backgrounds)
