Private room for rent

My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate to occupy the second bedroom (the one shown in video) in our apartment in Lancaster (The Residences at Lancaster Ridge). I am currently a student at Ohio University-Athens and will be completing my final semester during Fall 2026. My boyfriend works at a bank and is a recent graduate from OU-Athens. We are very clean, respectful, and stay to ourselves. We also have a pet cat. You will have your own bedroom & bathroom in this apartment. We have complete living room & dining room furniture as well as kitchen appliances like a coffee maker, air fryer, and toaster. We also already have a washer and dryer that we will hook up. There is a garage attached to the unit. There is also parking available. The only thing you would have to furnish is your bedroom. Your share of rent would be about $610 a month which includes everything but electricity. If you’re a couple wanting to move in, the rent would be $451 (without electricity). Our move in date is scheduled for April 30th but we're planning on officially moving in on May 4th from Athens. We would like a roommate who can stay for the entirety of the lease (May 2026-June 2027).
