Vacant room, looking for roommate

An upstairs bedroom will be vacant by the latest April 14. We are a coed house a bit on the younger side so we would want someone around the same age. Bills vary throughout the months just depends how much water we used or electricity but we try to be smart with usage. We have two men and two women in the house currently, my boyfriend and I share the master bedroom. Everyone is respectful and keeps a clean environment and shares chores in the house. Communication is key, we try to talk things out or at least make our feelings known. The bathroom for this specific bedroom will be shared but double sinks so you will have your own sink.
