About the Room: • Spacious unfurnished bedroom with a full-length mirrored closet and large window • Private bathroom with elegant marble finishes • TV included with the room About the Apartment: • Modern, clean, and well-kept (I’ve been the first tenant since move-in!) • Brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of kitchen supplies • Hardwood floors, chic living/dining furniture, and a 70-inch shared TV (with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO, & Prime Video) • In-unit washer/dryer • Balcony with views of the Hollywood Hills and Melrose Avenue • Walking distance to Larchmont Village and just minutes from Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills • 24/7 access to a fully equipped fitness center Rent & Details: • $1,600/month (due on the 1st each month via Zelle, Apple Pay or Venmo) • $1,000 security deposit • It is month-to-month but ideally looking for at least a 6-month commitment, preferably 1+ year • Move-in: April 16, 2026 - May 1, 2026 • Tours available in person or via Zoom if you’re not local If you’re interested, please reach out—we’d love to meet you and show you around!
